What Data We Collect

This site collects a minimal set of data:

Contact form submissions — name, phone number, and email address entered voluntarily via the contact form on the homepage. This data is stored only for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.
Server logs — standard web server logs recording IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page requested. Logs are retained for 30 days and used solely for technical diagnostics.
Cookies — one functional cookie (elmford_cookie_consent) records your response to the cookie consent banner. No third-party tracking cookies are set unless you explicitly accept analytics cookies.

Analytics

If you accept cookies, basic page-view analytics are recorded. These do not identify individual visitors and do not transmit data to third-party advertising networks. If you reject cookies, no analytics data is collected.

Legal Basis

Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Server log processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning and secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
